Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

We will normally ship out our products within two (2) working days to the address provided by our customers. It is the duty of the customer to advice or leave a note for the delivery man if the customer will not be at home on the estimated delivery date of the item. Therefore, should anyone in the provided address sign for the product, Wigs and Essentials will not be held responsible for the product.  Delivery outside the UK might charge for import and custom duties, these will be payable by the customer depending on the rules and regulations of your residence country

We will notify our customers as soon as we dispatched their product(s) and this will give an estimated time of delivery of the product. It will then become the responsibility of the courier/postal services to deliver the product(s) to the address the customer provided at the time of placing the order(s).

  1. The provision of goods is subject to availability. In case of unavailability of goods, the seller has the right to cancel the order(s) of which payment has already been received and refund the buyer the full price within 30 days.

 

  1. This may occur if stock is insufficient or unavailability of the quality of goods ordered
